Privacy policy
What we collect,
and why.
AMUN is a small shop. We collect the minimum needed to build, ship, and support your watch — nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.

What we collect
Order & checkout data
When you check out, Stripe collects your email, shipping address, and payment details on our behalf. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that end to end. We keep the resulting order record (items, address, shipping zone, amount) to fulfil and support your purchase.
Custom build requests
If you submit a custom build request, we store the name, contact email, note, and photo you provide, so we can evaluate whether we can build it and reply to you.
Your bag
Items you add to your bag are stored only in your browser's local storage. Nothing about your bag is sent to us until you start checkout.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — Payment processing for every order — see Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
- Vercel — Hosts the site and runs the checkout/order logic.
- Supabase — Stores order records, product data, and custom-build-request photos.
We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it with anyone else beyond what's needed to process your order or your request.
Cookies
We don't run any tracking or advertising cookies on this site. Stripe's hosted checkout page may set its own cookies while you're there, under Stripe's own policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal requirements. Custom-build photos and notes are kept until the request is resolved, then deleted.
Your rights
AMUN ships within Europe, so EU/UK data protection law applies: you can ask to access, correct, or delete the data we hold on you, or object to how it's used. Reach out via the request form with your order details and we'll act on it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
