Who we are

AMUN builds and sells custom watches on genuine Seiko-based movements (NH35, NH36, NH38). AMUN is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Seiko Watch Corporation, Seiko Group Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. "Seiko" and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to accurately describe the movement and base components our builds are made from. The mod work voids any original manufacturer warranty.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price; it's accepted once payment is captured. Checkout and payment processing run entirely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in EUR, VAT (23%) included, and can change without notice; the price at checkout is the one that applies.

Shipping

AMUN currently ships within Europe only, to the countries listed on the shipping page. Delivery windows there are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays aren't something we can fully control.

Warranty & returns

Every build carries the coverage described on the warranty page, including a 14-day right of withdrawal on unworn pieces. That page's terms are part of these terms.

Custom build requests

Submitting a custom build request (a reference photo plus your details) is an inquiry, not an order — we review it and follow up if we can build it. No payment is taken at that stage.

Product accuracy & photos

We describe specs (case size, movement, water resistance) as accurately as we can. Listing photos are a visual reference for the base watch and finish — the exact dial, hands, bezel, case, or strap on the piece you receive may vary from the photo depending on the build, since each piece is hand-finished rather than mass-produced. If a piece arrives materially different from its written listing, that's covered under warranty & returns above.

Intellectual property

The AMUN name, site design, and original photography are ours. Seiko-related names, trademarks, and any manufacturer photography referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe or depict the base components our builds are based on.

Liability

AMUN is a small, independently run shop. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it — we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Disputes

If we can't resolve something directly, EU residents can use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to seek an out-of-court resolution.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the shop grows; the version in effect is whatever's live on this page at the time you order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
