Each watch is assembled, regulated across six positions, and pressure tested before it ships. If something isn't right, we fix it.
Movement
Full 2-year coverage on the NH34/35/36/38 automatic movement against manufacturing defects.
Case & bezel
12 months against manufacturing defects in the case, bezel, and crown assembly.
Strap & crystal
Straps and sapphire/acrylic crystals are covered against manufacturing defects at delivery, not general wear.
Not covered
- Water damage from exceeding the listed water-resistance rating
- Impact, drop, or crush damage
- Normal wear to strap material or dial finish over time
- Modifications made outside of AMUN
14-day right of withdrawal
